East Hartford, CT— The East Hartford Commission on Aging and Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center invite all residents who are able to, to participate in a brand-new Christmas Tree Wish List program.
As the holidays approach, we reflect on how much we are thankful for, and think about those in need. The East Hartford Commission on Aging introduces a new initiative to support East Hartford senior residents staying at Riverside. The Commission is accepting donations of the items listed below:
